Its good to have these issues addressed within the shortest time possible especially if you have in this state for more than six months. Seek help especially if you are not able to bond with your child knowing that it’s so easy to bond with the baby. Sleep patterns may change when you find that you either sleep more than usual or you have difficulty falling asleep. At this point you should seek medical attention.
